This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 5th grade class is progressing incredibly fast this year, learning and growing every day. I'm constantly amazed by their enthusiasm and progress. As the year continues, we're running low on some essential supplies, and I’d like to address this with this grant.

This grant will provide my favorite writing tools—Flair pens and Cadoozle mechanical pencils—along with laminating sheets and bulletin board materials.

I’m excited to share these with my students to make the rest of the year even more memorable and impactful. After 29 years of teaching, I’ve learned that having the right writing tools makes a world of difference in students' success and motivation.
