Surfriders Sweet Boutique

Help me give my students the materials needed to foster their innovation through hands -on experimentation, including insulated cups for them to design, package, and gift as part of our Surfriders Sweet Boutique Academy.

My Project

Due to Covid-19, my special needs students had a negative impact on their personal and social skills. Their communication, speech and language skills, emotional well being, and developmental skills have all been impacted. With this being said, our staff has created a positive academy just for them! The "Surfriders Sweet Boutique", offers a variety of sweet gifts similar to a gift shop. Our items are hand picked by our sweet staff, and then monogramed, embellished, heat pressed, packaged, gift wrapped, and delivered by our sweet students. This gives our students the interaction with peers and staff on campus.

We are still in the process of creating our shop and these materials will help get our academy up and running!
