Surf Portable Lap Desk/Writing Table

Help me give my students the tools they need to succeed to meet their life skills goals. These portable lap desks/writing tables will help my students be able to be more flexible when completing academic tasks. Thank you!

My Students

I teach nine kindergarten and first grade students who attend my Life Skills classroom. We are working on individual life skills such as self care, emotional, social and academic needs. I focus on meeting each student's IEP goals as well as preparing them for real life.

My students are very curious and energetic as they love to assemble items and figure out how things work through self exploration.

My students come to school each day inquiring about what we will be doing.

My Project

These Surf Portable Lap Desk/Laptop Stand/Writing Table will enable my students to be able to utilize them for Circle Time, Story Time, and during Literacy and Math rotations. I chose this resource because students can remain seated and have a writing tool for their convenience as they write their letters, numbers, and color worksheets.

My students enjoy having their own individual work spaces to be able to create and explore their work.

It supports them becoming more independent in meeting their goals.

Having individual lap desks/writing tables will allow my students to become more creative in their own ideas when completing and exploring their activities and projects.
