Help Create a Calming & Supportive Space for Special Education Students!
As a high school special education teacher, my classroom is more than just a place to learn; it's a vital hub for my students.
It serves as a focused environment for crucial achievement evaluations, a collaborative setting for small group support, and a much-needed calm retreat for students who are feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated.
My current DonorsChoose project aims to transform this space into an even more comfortable and inviting sanctuary. We're seeking funds for items that will provide essential comfort and much-needed supplies, ensuring all students have the resources and environment they need to thrive academically and emotionally.
