My Project
Students come from a variety of cultures and backgrounds, this is a Title 1 school thus providing effective materials that support learning as well as social emotional learning will be effective strategies in supporting their biology classroom experience. Utilizing meditative cushions to give students the option of sitting with it in their chair or on their floor provides flexible learning as well as having sufficient materials and social emotional learning tools will support students at school and during challenging times that may occur inside or outside of class time. The goal of my classroom is to support students and provide a supportive and safe environment conducive to the variety of backgrounds and learning styles.
