This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach first grade at a two-way immersion school where both native Spanish speakers and native English speakers come together to learn a new language from one another. Our sweet, bilingual students are hard-working, kind, and a joy to teach. I am so proud to be their teacher!
I am requesting technology accessories such as charging cords and ports, as well as headphones and adapters to support students during technology time.
This year, my first-grade students were provided with new iPad tablets by our school district which is a wonderful blessing. However, there have been some hurdles during the transition and we now need new materials that are compatible with the newer iPad. I am requesting charging cords and ports, as well as headphones and adapters to connect them to the new tablets. These materials will help our technology time run much smoother.
