This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my science classroom, students sit on lab chairs without any back support. Although I tend to not have students sit for very long in my class, there are times that they will have to sit for an extended period. As you can imagine, it is not very comfortable.

The requested chairs have back support that will help students' sit more comfortably.

I get a lot of complaints about my chairs and I don't blame students. When I have a meeting in my room and I have to sit in these chairs I have currently, my back gets achy. My goal is to give students something a little bit more comfortable.
