My Project
My 3rd–5th grade students are bright, curious, and full of potential. Many of them receive interrelated services, meaning they have diverse learning needs that require extra support in areas like reading, math, focus, and emotional regulation. What makes my students special is their resilience—they work hard every day to overcome challenges and grow academically and socially. They thrive when given the right tools and a supportive environment tailored to their needs.
This project will provide essential resources like flexible seating, visual timers, hands-on math tools, and social-emotional learning books.
These items will help students stay focused, manage their emotions, and engage more deeply with their learning. For example, timers and visual schedules will help students with attention difficulties stay on task, while math manipulatives and leveled books will allow them to access content at their own pace. Flexible seating will give students the freedom to choose how they learn best, promoting comfort and concentration.
My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels confident, capable, and included. With your support, we can build a space that meets each learner where they are and helps them reach their full potential. These resources will not only support academic growth but also foster independence, self-regulation, and a love for learning.
