Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I'm excited about my student's hard work and growth! With many new skills to learn, keeping them motivated is crucial.
They are eager to learn and succeed, but even the most dedicated students need a little extra push.
This is where incentives come in! Students are motivated by the chance to earn a special item. Evan small rewards can make a world of difference in their motivation. Help me give my students reusable incentives like mechanical pencils and squishy stress balls to reward their hard work.
Studies show that incentives can provide that essential nudge to work harder and achieve goals. Earning rewards builds confidence and a deep sense of accomplishment. Imagine the excitement of a student earning a reward for their hard work. That feeling of achievement fuels their self-esteem and motivates them to keep striving.
