it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am reaching out to discuss a crucial need for a hygiene cart for our 4th-grade through higher grade students. The middle school years, as well as the transition from elementary to middle school, are a time of significant change and adjustment for young people. As students navigate the challenges of growing up, they often face concerns related to appearance, emotions, and body image, all of which can impact their daily interactions and overall well-being.
To help our students feel confident and supported during this time of transition, I would like to request the establishment of a hygiene cart.
This cart would provide students with essential hygiene products—such as deodorant, feminine hygiene items, soap, and toothpaste—that can help alleviate some of the stress they may feel about maintaining personal hygiene while at school. By making these resources accessible to 4th-grade students and beyond, we can ensure that every student has the tools they need to feel their best and succeed in their education without distractions caused by concerns about their personal care.
