My Project
It has become increasingly obvious that my students need high levels of social-emotional support, as I continue to receive requests for whole group lessons and individual counseling from both teachers and parents. Students have lost the ability to sustain attention for longer periods and the cope with the frustration of the work load.
My goal is to continue to support social-emotional growth for all of my students, by using research-based curriculums and supplemental support tools to reach as many students as possible within in my school building.
I plan on continuing to advocate for the connection become academic growth and social-emotional learning.
