My Project
Each year we ask students to bring a list of required supplies they will need to be successful in school. Yet many students cannot afford to get basic supplies. And even as the year goes on, the supplies they do have dwindle.
Malala Yousafzai said, “Let us pick up our books and our pens, they are the most powerful weapons.”
I always have extra supplies in my room to support my students' success throughout the year. Having pencils will help them do their work and the colors will help when being creative with their learning and maps. Having chargers in my classroom for students to charge their Chromebooks will help students stay on top of their academics.
