Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I display my love of reading outside just my classroom , I also do community service in other classroom setting areas and allow my students to select a "fun" read aloud from the teacher's bag that I carry around. With my portable speakers and Novel Effect App that go along side with any popular books, I introduce new characters to revisit old ones and get lost in the narrative. It's a wonderful thing to see them go back into the teacher bags and re-read stories based off familiar characters and sing along books.

I want my students to love reading as much as I do.

I want to introduce this love of reading at an early age and have technology to support my travels into these urban community and support them with coloring papers with the support of printers available and snacks it will be a great step into the future of these kids world. Also using these curriculum books will allow me to develop my learning while still teaching the students.
