My Project

Our students need inspiration and support. They have been through so much these past four years, and we all should admire their resolve and resilience. We need to honor their voices and give them the materials create events that bring a positive atmosphere to our campus.

The supplies in this project will be used in leadership and yearbook classes, which are an electives on our campus.

Leadership students create campus wide initiatives like spirit week, assemblies, dances, and sports rallys. They need pencils to sketch, access to iPads, and colored paper to make flyers. In our classroom we need hooks to stay organized. The goal of these activities are to create positive school environment.

Our adolescents also need nutritious snacks to feed their minds and bodies in order to succeed. In our complex post-Covid world, we need to support our busy families in new ways at school. Sometimes we need to support a struggling student with a nutritious snack at the right time of day so that they move about and succeed.

The items will make a difference in our students' learning by giving them the raw materials to a positive school atmosphere, a main learning objective for our leadership classes.
