This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with a diverse group of students with special needs who require individualized education plans (IEPs) to support their learning. Our students are resilient, capable, and thrive when supported with organized, targeted services that meet their unique needs.

I’m requesting the Canon imageFORMULA R40 Receipt Edition scanner to help streamline the management of IEP documents.

With dozens of students on caseload, it's essential to have a secure, efficient way to scan and digitize IEPs, progress notes, parent communication, and evaluations.

This scanner will allow us to create digital files quickly and securely — ensuring that no paperwork is lost, and that all team members (teachers, service providers, and families) have timely access to the information they need to best support each student.
