Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am so proud of my students as they work hard to develop their multilingual skills and achieve biliteracy! Their enthusiasm for learning and love for reading is truly uplifting! To make our classroom experience even more exciting, I’m looking forward to adding more bilingual nonfiction books to our library.

I know these new titles will really help support our science and social studies learning throughout the year!

Language is such a powerful tool, and it is my hope that students can find interest in reading books from this bilingual collection, and continue to develop their language skills and love for reading!
