My Project

Students are able to learn more when they are given the space to work collaboratively. Additionally, they feel safer making mistakes and editing their work when the appropriate materials are provided. I would like to outfit my classroom with dry erase surfaces to allow students to try out different methods and approaches to problem-solving. When students have non-permanent surfaces to work on, this encourages them to experiment and make mistakes and moves them away from the expectation of always starting with the right answer. I appreciate any help I can get to make this vision become a reality.
