This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The resources that are requested might seem odd or random but each one adds to the flow and support of the students' learning, from the small index cards that will be used as word and math cards to the laminating sheets and color papers that give me the ability to create learning activities that will last for years to come.

My students come from very diverse backgrounds with high poverty levels, yet are full of enthusiasm and compassion.

All students deserve the right to learn, the right to read, and the right to explore.
