This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students work hard every day to earn credits, and we want to reward their efforts in a way that is both meaningful and motivating. Through our snack incentive program, students can exchange their earned credits for a snack of their choice—a simple yet powerful way to encourage responsibility, goal-setting, and engagement in their learning.

Many of the students we work with do not have the opportunity to choose their own snacks or enjoy treats beyond what is provided by the school.

This program gives them something to look forward to, a reward they can personally select, and a tangible benefit for their hard work. By allowing them to make their own choices, we are fostering a sense of independence and pride in their achievements.

Your donation will help us keep this program running by providing a variety of snack options that students will be excited to earn. Whether it’s a bag of chips, a granola bar, or a fruit snack, these small rewards have a big impact. Not only do they encourage students to stay on track academically, but they also bring a little extra joy to their day.
