it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Inspiring young artist thought daily practice and creative exploration!
My students come to art eager to express themselves and develop their creative voices.
To help them build confidence and foundational skills, I start each class with a drawing warmup. Unfortunately, we don't have enough reusable art materials to support this routine for all students.
I'm requesting individual white boards and dry-erase markers so students can practice drawing techniques daily in a fun, low-pressure way. These will encourage risk-taking and make sketching more accessible for all learners.
Additionally, I'm asking for paint supplies to last throughout the school year. Paint is a favorite among students, allowing them to explore color, texture, and expression-but we go through it quickly.
