Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of my students comes from low-income families whose first language is not English. More than half of them have special learning needs. Many of them cannot afford school supplies and due to Covid they are not able to share any supplies, so we need your help. Notebooks, pencils, markers, and crayons are the items that the students need most. Other items such as bean bag chairs are needed for creating a comfortable reading space in the classroom for my students. To ensure the classroom is clean and safe from COVID, I also need the basic cleaning supplies, Kleenex, sweep sets, wipes, and Lysol Spray. Your help is gratefully appreciated.
