This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Reading is the fundamental element of learning. However, for many students, it can be a task. They are disengaged and lack interest, but with your help that can change!

I am requesting graphic novels and other new titles for our library which will spark and engage reluctant readers who might think they don't like books.

Finding the right book for the right kid is where the magic can begin.

With the help of people like you who know the love of reading starts with just one book, we can encourage the next generation to find passion, joy, and literacy skills this school year.
