Help me give my students the opportunity to create items they can sell in their student run store called The Snack Shack! Instead of just selling food items, we want them to sell craft items they make!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Hyland's classroom raised $474

My Students
My students are some of the loveliest students in the city! They enjoy coming to school and absolutely LOVE learning! My students are currently enrolled in the ACES program which provides Academic, Career, and Essential Skills to students with intellectual disabilities.
My students have a variety of learning needs and benefit from hands on learning.
Currently, they are all employed in our school store! They all have different roles in the store and develop these skills throughout the year. Our store currently sells food items to teachers and students at our school but we are looking to develop our craft skills and sell items we have made!
My Project
My students are enrolled in the ACES program at my school. This program provides Academic, Career, and Essential Skills to students with intellectual disabilities. My students currently run a school store called The Snack Shack. This store was created in order to develop my students academic, career, and essential skills. Recently, we realized that it would be really wonderful if my students could learn how to create their OWN items to sell.
When this project is funded, my students will develop their computer skills, design skills, and math skills.
They will also take such pride in knowing they created some of the items sold in their store!
