Help me give my students some art posters to help reinforce art vocabulary words
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Tsap's classroom raised $355
This project is fully funded
My Students
My students are from NY. We are a Title I school, and the basic principle of Title I is that schools with large concentrations of low-income students will receive supplemental funds to meet students' educational goals. With that being said, my students are the most grateful people I have ever met! It's an exciting feeling when they get to use supplies that maybe they don't have at home!
We often get to use clay, paint, and paper mache in class.
It is an excellent feeling for both the students and me to know they need the items to complete a project. The children do benefit from hands-on activities. The students are eager to share their projects with you.
My Project
I am requesting a few sets of these wonderful art vocabulary terms for the children to use during art class. These posters are printed in full color on durable card stock. They can be displayed in the classroom or art room and will help students learn key concepts easily visible from the back of the classroom. The set of sixteen posters reinforces basic concepts to provide instant student reference and includes Color, Shape, Form, Value, Texture, Space, Line, Balance, Unity, Variety, Emphasis, Movement, Pattern, and Proportion.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
