My Students

My students are the founders of our school and will be its first graduating class in 2020. They are proud to be wolves and to create a legacy that will last for years to come. They live throughout New Orleans, though the majority live in our school's neighborhood.

My students are the hardest working people I know; they are mathematicians, authors, artists, and more.

They are driven, courageous, and empathetic. Their potential is limitless, and I am proud to support them each and every day.

My Project

At our school, we have a handful of students who are a year ahead of their peers in math. In their advanced math class, they are challenging themselves and applying algebraic and geometric concepts to advanced math.

Graphing calculators will help these students continue to grow as mathematicians and prepare for STEM careers.

These highly motivated students will use their graphing calculators to visualize and better understand concepts. These calculators will also empower them to make real-world connections in a variety of subjects. These students will be able to use their calculators both in class and at home to continue to grow their mathematical abilities.
