This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classroom is in need of replenishing some basic materials. My firsties love using markers for everything! We even use them during math! It is encouraging for them to not worry about making mistakes and simply crossing wrong answers out. We use markers for our social emotional learning, reading, science, and social studies! They especially come in handy when we are writing encouraging letters to fill up each other's hearts. We have a lot of upcoming art crafts that will help us celebrate the end of the year! I know my students will be so excited to get some new markers!
