Supply My Classroom-Only the Fun Things

My students need some more classroom supplies! We go through dry erase markers quickly (they love drawing with the markers during break time). They also go through tissues quickly.

My Students

My school has an amazing Special Education program.

My students are students with disabilities.

I dislike the word "disability" though as it implies my students are "less than" their typical peers. If anything, my students are more amazing. My students love learning. They are passionate and creative. Sometimes they love school and sometimes they just love socializing (who doesn't!). My classroom needs some more classroom supplies are they have been loved on throughout the year so far.

My students and I celebrate everything in fun ways. If a student gets an answer correct you might see high-fives, dance parties, playing music, and more. I try to bring a positive energy to school and create a positive atmosphere in my classroom for my students so they can feel comfortable and be successful.

My Project

My students will now be free to use dry erase markers for fun, not just for work. If I don't have to worry about the markers drying out as frequently then they can play with them more! Also, my students love being able to be creative and with this project it will allow them to expand their creative horizons!

The markers will be used for work AND for fun (even though the kiddos might think they're only for fun).

It will give my kiddos room to be flexible and grow as an individual.

My kiddos blow through the tissues (yes, pun intended) quickly so having more in the classroom will be amazing! Coloring books will allow kiddos to color freely during their breaks. Markers, both regular and dry erase, will be used to work and fun. The kiddos will be so happy!
