At our school we have over 2200 students who often times come from low income families. The students that I have the pleasure of working with everyday are some of the most amazing that I have ever met. They are outgoing, kind, and caring for one another and look out for each other in times of need. These students never cease to amaze us. When they need to rise to the occasion to work hard in school, at work, or one of our many school wide events, they do it with a smile on their faces.
Professional attire motivates a student to not only do well in school but achieve excellence in the arts.
It is an honor to work with such amazing students each day; however, some of them are going through extreme stress. This can be due to their studies, personal stress, or jobs they may hold. This can affect their focus in class. This is where the stress balls come in. They are able to be clipped to the back of their ID's and will allow the student to have a way to relieve their stress.
More than half of our students come from low income homes.
This adds to their stress when they have to be concerned with buying uniform supplies such as belts. The belts will help our students to stay in dress code but also to look more professional and to have more confidence in completing their studies. The belts will be of huge benefit to them as they will be in uniform and will have less worry of how to obtain them. These supplies will be incredibly beneficial for our students in all these aspects of their lives and many more.
