My Project

The items I have chosen, such as clipboards, dry-erase boards, EXPO markers, small kid erasers for the dry-erase boards, and zipper pouches are just a few of the supplies that will help my students next school year. These materials are essential because we are constantly moving around in the classroom, and need hands-on materials to help them grasp the concept that we are working on. However, school supplies are difficult for my students' parents to afford. In addition to the supplies above, I am requesting a MathShark game to aide with math fluency, as well as, bookmarks, black party favor bags, and carpet marker spots for lining up and sitting on the carpet. Having each of these items will help with transitions make the school day run smoothly

The GeoSafari Jr talking telescope and talking solar system for kids are vital hands-on materials for my students to enhance their learning after we have read our stories in our CKLA (Core Knowledge Language Arts) reading domains.

As a teacher, I am requesting these materials, as well, school hall passes with lanyards, felt pens, chart markers, flip chart paper, magnets, AAA & AA batteries, Air Wick refills, sharpies, desk name plates for the students, velcro dots, and command strip refills. With a limited classroom budget, I cannot purchase these supplies that will last the year. This project will ensure that my students and I have quality resources that we will use every day of the school year!
