This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Please help our Title I students with your donation for basic classroom supplies. Our students have a variety of different learning abilities and really excel when it comes to Project Based Learning. Crayons and Markers will help them to be creative and imaginative as they delve into these projects.
One of our exciting upcoming projects that the students will be diving into is the, "Ancient Civilizations Architect Project".
In this project, students pick a civilization to research and then create structures related to this civilization. Examples include, The Great Wall of China, The Parthenon and the Coliseum.
Many of our students are auditory and visual learners and benefit from watching and listening to educational videos and having books and other resources read to them as part of their research. Headphones would allow these types of learners to be able to listen to important content without distracting their classmates.
