This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are wonderful. They are working very hard in school and are very motivated to succeed in class. The students have been writing stories and sharing them with each other in class. The students would like to create a home library of all their storied to share with their parents at home. The binding machine will enable my students to bind their books together and create a book that can be shared with their parents. The students sit at tables and do not have a place to store their supplies. The chair pockets will give the students more room on their tables, and they will have a place to store their supplies. Unfortunately we are constantly sharpening pencils and we only have a handheld sharpener. The sharpener will enable the adults in the room to sharpen the pencils more quickly and more efficiently. The children go outside quite often to do science projects and the folding cart will be used to transport science supplies outside so we can perform our science experiments.
