This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We requesting pencils for students to borrow when they forget to bring one to class. We are requesting Kleenex and sanitizing wipes in preparation for the fall season and for easy clean ups in our science classroom. We are also requesting doubled sided tape and command hooks so that student work and educational posters can be hung on the wall to foster a positive learning environment.

The supplies requested are for students to use and keep us prepared for the upcoming school year.

My students are eager learners. Learning becomes a challenge when basic needs are not met, such as not having a pencil. In supporting this project, we are overcoming the basic and simplest challenges when it comes to learning.
