My students are energetic, academic students who love to cook and help the school. They are eager to use technology in the classroom to help make their lives easier. The students love to take skills they learn from core classes and apply them to real-life problems posed to them in my classroom.
The students are very creative and enjoy using problem-solving skills to create new food items and crafting items.
Applying skills with technology and hands-on activities makes learning come to life!
My Project
Looking towards the end of the year, I have a few projects that I still would like to have my students complete. I am looking at putting the labels on the envelopes where the students will be able to take items home with everything labeled nice and neatly. The magnets will be used for my gamification of the classroom where the students hang their names on the white board and move them all around. The stickers are rewards for them once they "level up" and earn a sticker of their choice. The tickets will allow students to be entered into a raffle where I have small prizes they can win once they complete class assignments.
