My Students

Our classroom is our home away from home. We all come together as a community for lessons and fun activities. However, our resources are limited. We are in need of tools to help meet the needs of each individual learner in our classroom.

Our students come from a wide range of cultures and families.

In our classroom, we are one big family and we are part of a larger school community. Some students struggle with daily academic skills, especially those students who find traditional learning activities difficult. My students need the option of fun, alternative activities and lessons to support their learning styles.

My Project

Basic classroom supplies will help our daily activities run much smoother! Having a hanging organizer will allow me to keep copies for lessons out of the way of students so that they have more space in the classroom. Bright colored paper will allow me to make differentiated charts for students to use at the desks so that they can be independent and successful in reaching their academic and personal goals. Whiteboard erasers will allow students to erase their work efficiently, as opposed to the cut up cloth we've been using. Laminating sleeves will help me to create reusable materials for students to use time and time again.
