Every year, there are students who don't have the necessary supplies to succeed in class. Every year, students use and lose their supplies half-way through the year. Every year, we have new students transfer in mid-way without the necessary supplies. My goal is to have enough extra supplies in my classroom available for students to replenish what they need throughout the year so they don't fall behind.
The supplies in this project are the most basic supplies students will need from the first day of school, and will continue to use throughout the year.
Middle School is hard enough; starting the year off with the right tools makes the transition simpler.
