Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Our students are learners, explorers, and creators. They are avid learners who are excited to come to school daily!

Our pre-k students are building academic and social skills they will use for years to come.

Our students come from all over St. Louis, with many living in the neighborhoods surrounding our school. They are funny, creative, compassionate, and growing daily. Their time in school offers opportunities for making friends, gaining knowledge, and believing in themselves.

My Project

Having adequate classroom supplies may seem like a basic request, but can truly affect the quality of a student's school experience. Throughout the school year, various items and materials inevitably need to be replaced and replenished in order to continue providing quality educational programming for our students.

These supplies, such as large chart paper, will provide teachers with the resources to teach whole-group lessons to our pre-k students.

These supplies help create a welcoming classroom environment that is clean, organized, and well-stocked for student success. We appreciate your support of our students!
