Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials in my project will provide students with necessary tools to complete end of unit work.
The supplies will enhance students' published writing and help them create projects to build on their learning.
The report covers will be used for all of their published writing they complete complete throughout the school year. In 5th grade, students complete writing pieces in different areas such as narrative writing, informational, opinion and persuasive. At the end of each unit, students publish their writing, and will keep their writing in the report covers.
The board game supplies will be used for groups of students to complete their own board game connected to our science units. Students will use their creativity to design and build their own board game that they will then get to play with their peers.
