My Project

My second grade students get very excited when it is time for science. They love working and doing all the hands on activities in order to learn about everything that is around them.

The safety goggles, magnifying glasses and pencil holders will be important tools in building their scientific thinking.

The safety goggles will keep their eyes protected. The magnifying glasses will make them see the little details clearer. The pencil holder will keep their pencils in place while thinking and organizing their thoughts on what to write based on their observations.

These safety goggles, magnifying glasses, and pencil holders will serve as foundation for my students to start observing and experimenting at a basic level.
