This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing first graders in a dual immersion school. I have both high and low performing students, some even receive additional support academically throughout the week. But, they are all very eager to learn, ready to ask questions every day. It is very positive to see how excited my students are to learn.

These little scholars have a love for school, reading, and learning.

They amaze me every day in class with their questions, behavior, and classwork. I am more than happy to be their teacher this school year.

My Project

These materials will give my students the option of flexible seating allowing them to focus. After last school year at home I know I will have many students who will not be able to sit still, these supplies will allow my students to have a flexible seating option.

Flexible seating will allow my students to focus on their learning.

The bean bags would be a great option for those who need a more relaxed seat option, the exercise ball and chair would be for my more active students who need to constant stimulation in order to focus on their work and learning.
