My Project
Throughout the school year, many students come and go and when they arrive at our school many have no supplies. If they do have some supplies they are often not the ones that we use daily and really need. We use markers, folders, and headphones daily. With their daily use, some supplies break or wear out and we have trouble getting those replaced.
Having an extra stockpile of supplies ensures that no student feels left out of learning or like they do not belong in the classroom.
Many of our students come from other countries or are facing some type of trauma. Having these resources helps not only the students, but their families know that we are helping to care for their child during their challenging times.
