Supplies for a Busy Classroom

Help me give my students pencils, dry-erase pockets, glue sticks, and other supplies for a great start to our new school year!

My Project

Teaching at a Title I school has many challenges, the least of which are basic school supplies. And as every teacher knows, many of these precious children come to class every day without basic supplies.

Having materials available for students helps eliminate barriers to learning.

These kids often face so many hurdles in their lives, and I don't want a lack of basic school supplies to ever be one of them. No child should be discouraged to learn because they didn't bring a pencil to class. And these supplies will help them feel supported and give them the tools needed to learn.

The pencils (held for easy access by the clips) will help students quickly prepare for the day. The glue sticks will be used almost daily for our class notebooks, and the dry-erase pockets (held by the hooks) will allow groups to work on worksheets together, then quickly erase them to prepare for the next class.
