We are working hard this year to help our students be successful in phonics. Wipe off sleeves, expos, erasers, and the phonics books will be helpful for them to work on and understand the different sounds and rules of the English language.
Creating and collaborating help students learn!
Tinfoil, styrofoam cups, markers, and blank books will be used in various STEM projects where they will work together to plan, create, and revise their projects.
Books about kindness, bravery, and resilience will be used to support discussions and activities focused on Social Emotional Learning. Mini journals will be safe places for them write and draw about their feelings. And for those that need to burn off some energy, chair bands will be available for their busy feet!
