This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a first year teacher teaching upper SDC (special day class) of third to fifth grade students. The goal for this project is to provide them a creative fun learning environment where all of their needs are being met. I want them engaged in collaborative activities that will foster their social skills and learning.

The math games will aid in making a tough subject fun and enjoyable.

The snacks will be great incentives for the students to look forward to and the sensory toys will aid in helping our autistic students fulfill their sensory needs while still being engaged.
