Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 50 third graders are energetic and loving eight and nine-year-old boys and girls. Every day, my students come to school with smiles on their faces and are eager to learn. In our classroom, we love to have fun and practice character values such as kindness, compassion, and creativity. Most of my students come from low-income households and are learning English.

My young students are at a crucial and pivotal age in which they are still developing the foundations of language and knowledge that will determine what type of readers and learners they will be in the future.

The inclusion of new furniture, rug, pencil sharpener, and other items will significantly enhance the learning environment for our students. In essence, these items aim to create a conducive and engaging atmosphere, fostering improved academic performance and a positive learning experience.
