Super Students Succeed!

My students need reading and writing activity stations, fractions games, and fractions centers to meet the new common core standards.

My Students

Times, they are a-changing! Common core standards are finally putting everyone on the same page for learning. Unfortunately, it means updating our supplies.

My students are third graders from the inner city.

They are eager to learn, and are excited to come to school. They attend a public charter school, located in the city. My students are always excited for independent work time, and it's great to see them learning while they are having fun.

My Project

Common core now contains an in-depth unit on fractions, and my classroom is lacking in hands-on manipulative items for this skill. The fraction games and kits will come in handy for teaching this unit. The reading and writing centers and magnet centers will help students improve their reading comprehension, fluency, and phonics skills as well.

Please make a difference in my students' lives.

Their futures could be impacted by your kindness! These resources will help my students to become life long learners. They will have a better understanding of fractions, and improve their reading skills. Super Students will SUCCEED!
