My Students

Most of my students come from families that struggle to make ends meet. Some of my students come from one parent families and have a part-time job after school to help support their parents. My high school students use lots of supplies such as, highlighters, pencils, composition books, headphones, paper, and various other supplies. We do not have a storage cabinet to keep our materials in during the day. My classroom is a shared classroom and my students are not able to store their supplies in my room. Please help my students get a locking cabinet and rolling cart to transport materials to and from classes.

My Project

I work with high school teens who struggle while trying to pass their general education classes. My classroom is a Special Education classroom, geared towards helping students succeed in their regular education classes. Students in my classroom have regular education classes such as, Algebra, Economics, World History, English, and many more. They strive to pass their classes with extra help and resources made available for them if they need them. My students work hard every day and value their education. We are in great need of a storage cabinet and a rolling cart to help transport materials for our classes. My students are good students that just need a little more help than others.
