My students need pencils, erasers, crayons, glue sticks, markers, high lighters, folders, name tags, construction paper and watercolors to have school supplies for our school year!
My students live in a small community. Some parents are able to support the classrooms but the majority of the time, teachers are left to financially support their classrooms themselves. I want to provide these students with all the supplies and tools they will need to be successful this year.
My students are hard workers and come to school everyday ready to learn.
They are excited and curious to learn about all the new opportunities our classroom has to offer.
My Project
By having pencils, erasers, glue sticks, Expo pens, folders, paper, and pencil boxes my students will be able to complete basic school assignments, while also using their creativity to explore different art medias with crayons. My students will be able to use the crayons to illustrate writing pieces they have written with their pencils. They will be able to cut and glue various assignments. My students will be able to succeed in everyday school tasks.
Funding this project will give my students basic school supplies for the school year and remind them they are cared for.
It will show my students they are supported by a community who cares about their education.
