My Project

I would love to receive a generous donation to support my future STEM/STEAM students of the 21st century. This is my first year teaching a science class, and my students are making real-world connections. The students don’t talk as much about careers in Environmental Science, Biology, and so on. The data shows that students can retain information through hands-on experiments and visuals. My students were excited about going on a Piedmont region habitat walk and naming most of the trees and animals that we discussed in class. The goggles, gloves, science journals/books, construction paper, social & emotional books, and other supplies would be very beneficial and keep the students engaged during my lessons. Each donation whether big or small will impact the lives of my students and allow the students to become active citizens in society.
