This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My amazing kindergarteners are becoming writers! They love to write about their experiences, their favorite toys, stories, games and about their families. I want to continue providing new opportunities for them to engage in early writing. For this reason, I would love to provide new materials, such as lined paper, construction paper and chart paper to be able to model to my students the writing process.

My students are amazing at writing their own sentences, stories and love to illustrate their stories, they are becoming little authors and illustrators.

I know that the materials requested will help my amazing class, engage and be more interested in writing and illustrating about what they are thinking.
