My Students
My students, or as I call them, my Super Friends, are a group of loving, hilarious, and outspoken four year olds.
Being residents of Ward 8 (SE DC), they are often not given the resources and opportunities afforded to public school students in the NW and NE quadrants of DC, especially when it comes to new ways to inspire creative educational play.
We strive to cultivate critical thinkers at an early age and look forward to seeing our scholars grow this year! Thank you again!
My Project
The special seating will encourage my babies to keep a safe distance from each other and still learn. The books and learning materials will help then catch up on cognitive and social emotional skills in the classroom and I will make sure that there is more than enough supplies for each child.
All of these supplies will help my students as they transition back into the classroom.
The last year or so has been hard for my students and I hope to make their first school year in person the best one.
